Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) working day shifts with 12-hour schedules. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and physical examinations to determine individual needs and develop appropriate care plans.

Administer medications, injections, and other treatments following strict protocols and safety standards.

Manage complex medical documentation using EMR/EHR systems such as PCC to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, or developmental disabilities, including memory care and behavioral health support.

Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, processing, catheterization, and wound suturing while maintaining aseptic techniques.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and patient education to promote optimal recovery and well-being.

Skills

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for accurate documentation and billing purposes.

Skilled in using EMR/EHR systems like PCC familiarity with medical imaging and laboratory processes enhances your effectiveness.

Demonstrated ability to perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, catheter care, medication administration via injections or CPR certification required.

Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with compassionate caregiver communication tailored to individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or behavioral health needs.

Knowledge of infection control practices and long-term care regulations ensures safe practice environments.

Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations such as emergency medicine or urgent care while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
