As a dedicated and compassionate Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. About the Role:

As a Unit Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing and managing patient records, charts, and reports. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate patient care activities such as scheduling appointments and tests, and communicating with healthcare providers. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing and managing patient records, charts, and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate patient care activities, such as scheduling appointments and tests, and communicating with healthcare providers
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
