About the Role:

As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including those with cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team

• Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility exercises

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care and satisfaction

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
