As a weekend LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, many of whom are facing cardiac, orthopedic, renal, or pulmonary issues.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to work weekends as part of our dedicated team. As an LPN with Morristown Post Acute, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with ADLs

• Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
