Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced, motivated Office Manager / Medical Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both administrative leadership and hands-on patient care. You'll oversee daily office operations while providing high-quality clinical support to our providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and update medical histories.

• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.

• Manage lab specimen collection and maintain accurate patient records.

• Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.

Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient service.

• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office communications.

• Handle ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies.

• Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in Medical Assisting preferred.

• Previous experience in medical office management or healthcare administration strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with EMR systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and work full-time.
