Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing daily activities, such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events

• Engage with residents through conversation, games, and other interactive activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation

• Support the activities program by setting up and cleaning up after activities, as well as ensuring supplies are stocked and organized

• Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents

• Provide assistance with mealtime activities, such as reading to residents or engaging in conversations during meals

• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., recreation therapy, gerontology) preferred
