Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the dietary department, including menu planning, food purchases, and inventory management

• Supervise and train dietary staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and timely food preparation, serving, and delivery to residents

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all facility policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of meals and special dietary needs

• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including budget tracking and quality control monitoring

Requirements:

• Certified Dietary Manager certification required
