About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse PRN (As Needed), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service. This is a per diem position, meaning you will work as needed, and will be an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring that patients' needs are met

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Texas

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassion and empathy for patients and families

• Strong organizational and time management skills
