Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, appliances, and systems

• Respond to resident concerns and address any maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
