As a Charge Nurse at Mullican Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team on our 2PM-10PM shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatment plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to policies and procedures

• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and overall health and wellness

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
