About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at Riverside Commons, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, providing expert nutrition advice and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans, conduct nutrition assessments, and educate patients on healthy eating habits. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients

• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits and disease management

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and healthcare

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
