Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your responsibilities will include:

• Taking and recording vital signs
• Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output
• Caring for the resident's environment
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assisting with eating and hydration
• Observing resident's skin when giving care and reporting changes to licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed
• Meeting resident's mental health and social service needs

Qualifications:

• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) License or Qualified to sit for CNA Exam
• High school graduate/GED
• Long-term care experience, good communication skills
