Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives

• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing HR staff to support the overall HR function

• Create and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

• Conduct employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment

• Analyze and report on HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

• Maintain knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and satisfactory outcomes
