Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor and report patient changes, concerns, or issues to nursing staff and physicians

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services

• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Participate in patient education and support groups

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with mobility issues
