We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Midtown Assisted Living Residence, a leading provider of senior care services in Hollywood, Florida. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing supportive and personal care services to our clients with consideration of dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and hygiene services to clients, including bathing, oral care, and dressing

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the RN

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA requirements and agency policy and procedures manual

• Assist with transferring and positioning clients

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a compassionate attitude towards clients

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited High School or equivalent preferred

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions

• Must be a certified nursing assistant with proof of certification

• A minimum of one-year full-time experience in direct patient care in an institution setting (hospital or nursing facility) or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care or an agency setting

• Work positively and favorably with clients, families & staff

• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude

• Certified and in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing
