About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN with Warr Acres, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, while maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including adults and pediatrics

• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians

• Conduct vital sign checks, monitor patient progress, and report changes to the healthcare team

• Perform various medical procedures, such as blood draws, wound care, and ECGs

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed medical records

• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred
