Home Health Account Executive

Vertus HealthCare is seeking an experienced Home Health Account Executive to grow our Medicare Home Health referrals and patient census throughout Palm Beach County.

We are looking for a proven healthcare sales professional with an established professional referral network and strong healthcare relationships in Palm Beach County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources.

• Generate Medicare Home Health referral opportunities and develop new accounts.

• Conduct regular field visits and maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners.

• Educate healthcare professionals about Vertus HealthCare's services.

• Track referral activity, account development, and sales efforts.

• Support established census and business-development goals.

Qualifications:

• Established healthcare referral network in Palm Beach County strongly preferred.

• Proven healthcare sales or business-development experience.

• Home Health or Medicare Home Health experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to develop referral sources and healthcare accounts.

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
