Vertus HealthCare is hiring! We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled Home Health care to patients in West Palm Beach and Jupiter per diem.

What We’re Looking For:

• Florida-licensed RN

• Home Health experience preferred

• OASIS/SOC experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Reliable and dependable

• Ability to provide quality care in the patient’s home
