Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Flexible Schedule  

Pay: $15–$18 per hour

Starting rate varies by experience, assignment, and shift. Some assignments and shifts may pay above $18 per hour.

ameriCARE Weatherford is growing and hiring caregivers to help seniors and adults stay safe,  comfortable, and cared for at home. We serve Weatherford, Azle, Springtown, Mineral Wells,  Aledo, Willow Park, Parker and Tarrant Counties, and surrounding communities.  

Full-time and part-time schedules available with flexibility based on your availability.

We offer weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts and match caregivers with available client assignments based on your availability.

 Caregiver duties may include:  

·        Companionship and safety supervision  

·        Meal preparation and light housekeeping  

·        Bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers  

·        Dementia care and personal care support  

·        Medication reminders and routine care assistance  

Requirements:

·        Reliable transportation  

·        Valid driver’s license  

·        Ability to pass background screening  

·        Dependable, caring, and professional attitude  

Professional caregiving experience is not required for every position. If you're dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn, we provide paid orientation and training. 

Preferred but not required: 

·        Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience

·        CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience
