Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join the leadership team of a newly renovated, forward-thinking Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Stow/Cuyahoga Falls area.

Ideal Candidate:

• Current, unrestricted Ohio RN license

• Proven DON leadership experience in SNF/LTC

• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, staffing, and survey readiness

• Effective leader, coach, and team builder

• Vent expertise highly preferred

• BSN preferred
