We are currently looking for BCBAs in Georgia who are interested in opportunities that can include full-time salaried, hourly, hybrid, and home-based work, depending on availability, qualifications, and client needs.
$100,000–$105,000 annual salary, based on qualifications and experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period

As a BCBA with Applied ABC, you will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and your clinical team.
Your responsibilities may include:
Carrying an active caseload
Conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland
Developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Supervising and mentoring RBTs and behavior technicians
Providing parent and caregiver training
Analyzing client data and adjusting programming as needed
Collaborating with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
Supporting clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Ensuring compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA or a related field
Current 8-hour supervision certificate
Georgia LBA, where required
Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability and willingness to provide in-person services when required
Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings
Experience using digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
Strong RBT team leadership and development skills
Experience with parent training and family-centered care
