About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing vital sign checks and reporting changes to the nursing team

• Assisting with medication management and administration

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities and vital sign checks

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
