Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects

• Promote independence and safety by providing support with activities of daily living, such as mobility, feeding, and transfers

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Document care activities and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 years of experience in the healthcare industry (all levels of experience welcome to apply)

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

• This is a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME position with flexible scheduling options
