Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Chiropractors (DCs) to provide individualized chiropractic care to patients in their homes throughout Queens and Long Island, NY.

This is a great opportunity for chiropractors looking for a flexible schedule, independent fieldwork, and the support of an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

• Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, joint mobility, range of motion, and functional limitations.

• Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore overall function.

• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Educate patients and caregivers on posture, body mechanics, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention.

• Communicate with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Current and active New York State Chiropractor (DC) license.

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to travel to patients' homes within your preferred service area.

• Reliable transportation.

• Home health or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required.
