Housekeeping Position at Martha Franks Retirement Community

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and maintaining resident suites, common areas, and facilities

• Restocking supplies and linens as needed

• Assisting with laundry and other support tasks

• Responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the community

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident suites, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

• Empty trash and recyclables, and restock supplies as needed

• Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors, counters, and sinks

• Assist with laundry and other support tasks as needed

• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of our residents

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
