Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Infiniteus Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team.

POSITION: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Reports To: Clinical Manager / RN Supervisor

Position Summary

The LVN provides skilled nursing care to clients in their homes and in facility settings in accordance with Texas regulations and agency policies. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, monitor health outcomes, and help coordinate nursing duties while fostering an environment of comfort, dignity, and high-quality care.

We welcome new graduates and walk‑ins who are ready to begin their nursing careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.

• Monitor vital signs, track client conditions, and communicate changes to the RN/Clinical Manager.

• Document nursing notes accurately and adhere to physician care plans.

• Provide direct bedside care and oversee day-to-day nursing activities for assigned patients.

• Maintain full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license.

• Valid CPR/BLS Certification.

• IV Certification preferred.

• Reliable transportation and strong clinical judgment

• Solid understanding of nursing standards, medical procedures, clinical documentation, and regulations across acute care/hospital, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and home health setting.
