Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses and other healthcare team members

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medication administration

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, and hydration

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift and transfer patients of varying weights and mobilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
