We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Central Supply Coordinator & Patient Scheduler to keep our clinical teams stocked and our residents' appointments running smoothly. What you'll do:

• Manage central supply inventory: order, receive, stock, and track medical supplies to ensure units never run short

• Monitor par levels and usage, control costs, and reduce waste

• Schedule and coordinate resident appointments, specialist visits, diagnostics, and medical transportation

• Communicate schedules clearly with nursing, families, providers, and transport vendors

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to keep daily operations seamless
