About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance

• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety

• Take vital signs, measure height and weight, and promptly report changes to nursing staff

• Support nurses with documentation and delegated tasks

• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas

• Respond to call lights and provide timely, compassionate assistance

• Participate in shift meetings and care conferences

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
