About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. As an RN at Nightingale, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents with dignity, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the charge nurse and physician

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care and treatment
