About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, administer medications, and provide wound care and treatments. With a focus on resident-centered care, you will also be responsible for educating and communicating with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident charts and medication administration records

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement programs and services to improve resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term care regulations and guidelines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
