Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents, as needed

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help with mobility and transferring residents

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Assist with mealtime and nutrition, including feeding and hydration

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and activities

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Required Qualifications:

• Current STNA/CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
