The qualifications for the position are as follows:

- must have a valid drivers license in the state of Ohio

- clean driving record

- self starter

- excellent communication skills

- excellent customer service skills

- good knowledge of the greater Cleveland area

- experience as a transportation driver in a nursing home is a plus

The Avenue is a Post-Hospital Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care Facility that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities. We are currently seeking a new team member to assist in transferring residents to and from medical appointments and work as a floor technician.
