Personal Care Home Administrator

Oak Hill Village is seeking a Personal Care Home Administrator for our PC building! Must have both an LPN and PCHA license in the state of PA!

We are seeking an Executive Director for our Personal Care facility to join their team.

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of PA.

The Executive Director is responsible for managing and budgeting the facility's day-to-day operations and keeping the organization on track with its long-term goals and mission. They will ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are being followed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as an Executive Director or Assistant Administrator in a nursing home or long-term care facility required.
