Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including those with cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary issues

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless transitions and coordinate care delivery

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey RN license

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent
