Richmond Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our long-term care team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of quality care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

• Previous Supervisor experience
