About the Role:

As a JUNIOR Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. Reporting directly to our Regional Executive Director, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations and industry standards, while cultivating a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative leadership and oversight to the Assisted Living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations under the direction of the SENIOR Executive Director.

• Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to drive excellence in care and services

• Collaborate with the regional/Senior Executive Director to develop and achieve facility goals and objectives

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members to promote a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity

• Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives, including resident assessments and care planning

• Supervise and direct facility staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:

• Recent licensure as an Executive Director in the state of Florida

• Core training in Assisted Living and licensure through the State of Florida

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with state regulations and industry standards
