Complete Care at Brakeley Park is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in Phillipsburg, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to join a supportive, established team and make a meaningful impact on resident care, staff development, and overall clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations

• Maintain high standards of resident care, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff

• Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team

• Oversee staffing, clinical processes, surveys, and quality initiatives

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective action plans

• Build a positive, accountable, and resident-focused nursing culture

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Active New Jersey RN license required

• Previous Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred

• Strong skilled nursing/long-term care experience

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
