Coral Springs Rehab and Nursing is hiring a Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Wilmington, DE. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units, overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, and promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.

Shifts available:

• 11:00pm- 7:00am Full Time Monday to Friday

• 7a-7p PT Every Other Weekend

• 7p-7a PT Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
