About the Role

As a Home Infusion RN at Drip Masters, you will play a vital role in delivering confident, compassionate care to patients of all ages in their homes and alternative care settings. Your expertise will be sought after to administer complex IV therapies and specialty injections, and to collaborate with physicians and pharmacy partners to monitor labs, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IV therapy and specialty injection administration to patients in their homes and alternative care settings

• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor lab results to ensure optimal outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on latest infusion trends and best practices

Requirements

• Current RN license

• Minimum 0 years of experience in infusion therapy

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
