Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred

• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to effectively oversee nursing staff and resident care during the shift
