About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring patient safety and comfort

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and report findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient safety and satisfaction

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient care and optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse RN

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
