• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Help clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Monitor and report client changes to our clinical team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care services to clients, as needed
