Park Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist residents with exercises, mobility, transfers, gait training, and other therapeutic activities.

• Monitor residents' progress and communicate changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist and nursing staff.

• Document treatments and resident responses accurately and timely.

• Follow all applicable facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards.

• Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Kentucky.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

• Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
