Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and vigilant Hall Monitor to join our team at Orchards at Tulare. As a Hall Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor resident behavior in hallways

• Redirection of residents

• Ensure authorize entry of visitors to promote a secure environment

• Ensure proper resident conduct and safety

• Ensuring all residents are accounted for

• Reporting inappropriate behaviors and/or safety concerns to nurses

• Completing all assigned documens as trained

• Patrol hallways, rooms, and common areas to detect and respond to security incidents or concerns

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• MUST BE CNA CERTIFIED

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to think critically and make sound judgments in emergency situations

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
