• Assist in the preparation, serving, and distribution of resident meals and snacks, ensuring compliance with dietary requirements and patient preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols

• Restock food and supply items, and perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Assist with food inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies

• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement meal plans that cater to residents' specific needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate records and logs, including food temperatures, inventory, and resident nourishment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of patient care and dining experience

Requirements:

• No experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and care

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
