Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing | Days or Nights.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 12 hour shifts three on and four off.

What you’ll do

• Assess and monitor residents within your license and scope of practice; report changes promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments according to orders, care plans, and facility procedures.

• Document care accurately and communicate clearly during shift handoff.

• Partner with nursing assistants, providers, therapists, residents, and families.

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and coworkers.

What we’re looking for

• Current [RN/LPN] license in Missouri, or eligibility to practice in Missouri by the start date.

• Sound clinical judgment, dependable attendance, and clear communication.

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is welcome; [state whether new graduates are eligible].

• LPN $34/hr; RN $40/hr

• Evening/Night Differential: $1.00

• Weekend Differential: $2.00
