Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Okeechobee SNF Operations, LLC, a 210-bed Skilled Nursing Facility ranked number 3 in the state of Florida by Newsweek 2024 and a 5 Star Rated Facility through Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Responsibilities:

• Assist in transporting residents to/from appointments, activity and social programs, etc.

• Assist residents with bowel and bladder functions, bathing, dressing, and personal grooming

• Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs, including church services, parties, and visitors

• Support residents through meaningful activities that match their individual abilities

• Check and report bowel movements and character of stools as instructed

• Follow established infection prevention and control procedures

• Maintain intake and output records as instructed

• Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent pressure injuries

• Attend change of shift reports

• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed in accordance with the individualized plan of care

Requirements:

• Clear/Active Florida License

• Pass a Level II Background Check

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and be medically cleared

Additional Information:

• Competitive hourly rate: $17/hour

• $2 Weekend differential and $2 Night shift differential

• Full time, part time, PRN opportunities available
