Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team at Evergreen Post Acute Rehab in Smyrna, DE. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units, overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, and ensuring a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.

Shift:

• 11p-7:30a Full Time Monday to Friday

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee the implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

• Previous Supervisor experience
