Gardens of Euclid Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Cleveland, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible PRN hours while working alongside an experienced and supportive therapy team in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents’ independence and quality of life

• Work with a diverse geriatric population in a SNF/LTC setting

• Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health

• Communicate changes in resident status and progress to the supervising OT and care team

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

• SNF/LTC experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with transferable clinical experience

• Familiarity with Net Health is a plus
